THE AIM OF OUR SHUTTLE SERVICE IS TO PROVIDE TRANSPORT TO AND FROM THE
AIRPORT AT A FRACTION OF THE COST
OUR AIM IS TO COMBINE SINGLE TRAVELLERS ON THE SAME RUN. I.E THE IDEAL RUN
FOR US WOULD BE 2 PEOPLE GOING TO THE AIRPORT AND THEN PICKING UP 2 PEOPLE
FROM THE AIRPORT ON THE SAME RUN
THERE IS ONLY ONE CATCH. YOU HAVE TO TRAVEL WHEN IT SUITS US. WE HAVE SET
TIMES
2) WHERE DO YOU PICK UP AND DROP OFF IN PERTH?
ANSWER. THE PICK UP AND DROP OFF POINT IS TAYLORS TAXI OFFICE 12 LEONARD
STREET PERTH (OFFICE IS JUST ALONG FROM THE BUS STATION NEXT TO A
HAIRDRESSERS AND LADBROKES)
IF YOU WISH WE CAN ARRANGE FOR A TAXI TO TAKE YOU TO OR FROM THE PICK UP
POINT BUT THE CHARGE FOR THIS IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE SHUTTLE FARE.
3) WHERE DO YOU PICK UP AT THE AIRPORT AND WHAT IS THE PICK UP PROCEDURE?
ANSWER-THE AIRPORT PICK UP PROCEDURE IS VERY IMPORTANT (DUE TO OUR OWN SET
UP AND RULES THAT WE HAVE TO FOLLOW AT THE AIRPORTS THE PROCEDURE MUST BE
FOLLOWED TO THE LETTER- FAILURE TO DO SO IS REGARDED AS VOIDING YOUR
CONTRACT.
IF YOU ARE TRAVELLING FROM A UK BASED AIRPORT WE WOULD ASK YOU TO CONTACT
US TO LET US KNOW THAT YOU ARE ABOUT TO BOARD
WE WILL MONITOR YOUR FLIGHT AND WILL BE AWARE OF ANY DELAYS.
ONCE YOU HAVE ARRIVED AT THE AIRPORT AND COLLECTED YOUR LUGGAGE YOU MUST
PHONE THE MOBILE NUMBER THAT YOU WILL BE SUPPLIED WITH.
YOU MUST PHONE THAT NUMBER EVEN IF YOU THINK YOU HAVE SOME TIME TO WAIT ON
YOUR SHUTTLE. THE REASON FOR THIS IS IN CASE THERE HAS BEEN A CHANGE OF
PLAN.
AIRPORT PICK UP POINTS (THESE ARE THE USUAL PICK UP POINTS. PLEASE NOTE
THAT OUR DRIVER WILL NOT GO TO THESE POINTS UNTIL YOU HAVE PHONE THE
SUPPLIED CONTACT MOBILE NUMBER)
EDINBURGH- EXIT THE TERMINAL VIA THE CHECK IN DOOR. SIMPLY WALK STRIAGHT
ACROSS THE ROAD INTO THE MULTI STORY CAR PARK. ONCE IN THE CAR PARK LOOK
TO YOUR RIGHT AND YOU WILL SEE A SHELTER AT THE EDGE THE CAR PARK. THIS IS
THE PICK UP POINT WHICH IS MARKED AS "PRE BOOKED TAXIS". (THE REASON FOR
THIS PICK UP POINT IS DUE TO RULES SET DOWN BY BAA)
GLASGOW- EXIT THE TERMINAL VIA THE INTERNATIONAL ARRIVALS DOOR AND GO
ACROSS THE ROAD AND TURN TO YOUR RIGHT AND HEAD FOR THE ENTRANCE OF THE
"HOLIDAY INN" ( THE REASON FOR THIS PICK UP POINT IS DUE TO RULES SET DOWN
BY BAA)
PRESTWICK- EXIT THE TERMINAL VIA THE CHECK IN DOOR AND SIMPLY WALK ACROSS
THE ROAD TO THE CAR PARK. WE WILL MEET YOU AT THE PAVEMENT WHERE YOU HAVE
CORSSED ONTO.
4) WHAT IF MY PLANE IS DELAYED?
ANSWER- WE WILL MONITOR YOUR FLIGHT NUMBER AND BE AWARE IF THERE IS A
DELAY.
ONCE YOU HAVE ARRIVED AT THE AIRPORT AND COLLECTED YOUR LUGGAGE SIMPLY
CALL THE SUPPLIED MOBILE NUMBER. AT THAT STAGE WE WILL ADVISE YOU OF WHEN
YOU WILL BE PICKED UP. IF THERE IS A WAIT INVOLED THE DRIVER WILL CALL YOU
BACK WHEN HE IS AT THE AIRPORT.
PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU MAY HAVE TO WAIT ON ANOTHER PASSENGER DEPENDING ON
THE SHUTTLE BOOKINGS. (THIS IS THE REASON WHY WE OFFER SUCH A LOW PRICE)
5) WILL I BE LEFT STRANDED AT THE AIRPORT
ANSWER- AS LONG AS YOU FOLLOW THE PICK UP PROCEDURE THE ANSWER IS NO.
6) IF I MISS MY SHUTTLE WILL I BE ABLE TO GET ANOTHER SHUTTLE OR A REFUND.
ANSWER- SHUTTLE RUNS ARE NON REFUNDABLE BUT IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL YOUR
BOOKING TO BOOK ANOTHER SHUTTLE WE WILLSIMPLY CHANGE YOUR BOOKING. HOWEVER
IF YOU CALL WHEN THE SHUTTLE IS ON IT'S WAY OR OTHER PASSENGERS HAVE BEEN
BOOKED BASED ON YOUR BOOKING YOU MAYBE CHARGED EXTRA.
7) WHAT IF I MISS MY FLIGHT DUE TO YOUR SHUTTLE ARRIVING LATE AT THE AIRPORT
ANSWER- WHILE WE WILL MAKE EVERY EFFORT TO MAKE SURE THAT YOU GET TO THE
AIRPORT ON TIME WE CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE IF THE DELAY IS OUTWITH OUR
CONTROL.
E.G IF THERE HAS BEEN AN ACCIDENT EN ROUTE.
8) WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU SHUTTLE BREAKS DOWN?
IN THE EVENT OF A BREAKDOWN WHILE TAKING YOU TO THE AIRPORT WE WILL EITHER
WAIT FOR A REPLACEMENT CAR OR CALL A LOCAL TAXI FIRM TO COMPLETE THE
JOURNEY. IN THE EVENT OF A BREAKDOWN FULL PRIORITY WILL BE GIVEN TO
CUSTOMERS WHO ARE BEING TAKEN TO THE AIRPORT.
9) WHAT IF THE SHUTTLE TIMES DO NOT SUIT, IS THERE ANOTHER WAY OF USING A
SHUTTLE WITHOUT PAYING A FULL TAXI FARE?
ANSWER- WE CAN ARRANGE OTHER SHUTTLE RUNS AT REDUECED TAXI RATES E.G YOU
MAY HAVE TO PAY FOR A SET NUMBER OF SEATS RATHER THAN THE PER PERSON

10) ARE THERE ANY LUGGAGE RESTRICTIONS
ANSWER WE MUST RESTRICT TO MAX OF 2 SUITCASES AND 1 PIECE OF HAND LUGGAGE
PER PERSON.

10% DISCOUNT FOR ALL METERED TAXI FARES BOOKED ONLINE
PRICES ARE PER PERSON AND ARE SUBJECT TO STRICT TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
TO SUMMARISE
A) YOU WILL ONLY TO ABLE TO TRAVEL WHEN AGREED WITH DEVILCABS.CO.UK AND PRICES ARE PER PERSON.
B) AS THE TAXI IS BOOKED ON A PER PERSON BASIS THERE WILL BE OTHER CUSTOMERS IN THE TAXI GOING TO THE SAME DESTINATION.
C) THE FARE IS PAYABLE AT THE TIME OF BOOKING. AND IS NON REFUNDABLE.
D) THERE IS ONLY ROOM FOR 1 PIECE OF HAND LUGGAGE PER CUSTOMER ANY EXTRA LUGGAGE DEVILCABS.CO.UK SHOULD BE ADVISED AND YOU WILL THEN BE ADVISED OF ANY EXTRA CHARGE.
E) TO CHANGE BOOKING A FEE OF £5.00 IS PAYABLE
F) ALL BOOKINGS MUST BE LEAST WITH 2 WEEKS NOTICE
G) ALL PRICES ARE PER PERSON PER RUN.
